Operation Firestorm - A 2024 More Mausritter Game Jam Submission
A downloadable adventure site
Situated inside the impressive Glass Mountains, visiting the free settlement of Maushattan is an experience like no other. Known throughout the region as a place of serious business, it is said that the mice who work here make their trade by exchanging information using a high-speed swallow-based communications network. But outside the sleek offices, it also offers exotic imports, wonderful sights, and a marvelous sense of style. Spend a night in the Glass Box hotel, cruise the mall looking for the perfect candy, or even try your luck in the information trade... Make a day of it!
Unfortunately, when the adventurers arrive upon the premises, it appears that the once bustling town has been the target of a heinous and entirely unprovoked attack. Cries and wails can be heard throughout the smoke that fills the area as the mice of Maushattan try to leave with their lives and possessions intact. Enemy comratants are shooting their way in, looking to put this place of unregulated greed out of business for good.
The downloads include:
- A digital version of the adventure site that displays the pages as spreads.
- A digital version of the player-facing map that can be used by the players. It shows the individual locations but not the descriptions or available paths.
- A home print version of the adventure site that can be printed in black-and-white on two sides (with the short edge flipping) of two sheets of standard printer paper. The first sheet consists of the front and back covers, the encounters, creatures, and tips, and the items, conditions, and treasure. It can be cut to size (if desired), and then folded into a little booklet that can serve as a GM screen. The second sheet consists of the GM-facing map. It can be cut to size (if desired), and can be laid flat behind the GM screen. It can be folded for portability.
- A home print version of the item and condition cards that can be printed in black-and-white on two sides (with the short edge flipping) of one sheet of standard printer paper. They can be cut out (along the guides on the other side, but take care not to cut through the larger items), and can be used by the players.

It can be cut to size (if desired), and and can be used by the players. It shows the individual locations but not the descriptions or available paths. If a smaller map (for example, for portability) is required, the outer 25% can be cut off (this is where the descriptions normally are).
- A professional print version of the adventure site set up with a CMYK color format and a Coated FOGRA39 color profile. It can be printed in black-and-white on two sides (with the short edge flipping) of one sheet of paper measuring at least 444mm by 210mm. This version has a 3mm bleed area so that it can be cut to the exact size. It is recommended to use a heavy paper weight, such as 350g/m2. The resulting product can be folded into a classic tri-fold by (when looking at the map) first folding the right-most third towards the left, and then folding the left-most third towards the right so that it covers the now-folded right-most third. This tri-fold can also serve as a GM screen.
- A professional print version of the item and condition cards set up with a CMYK color format and a Coated FOGRA39 color profile. It can be printed in black-and-white on two sides (with the short edge flipping) of one sheet of paper measuring at least 297mm by 210mm. This version has a 3mm bleed area for convenience. It is recommended to use a heavy paper weight, such as 350g/m2. The resulting product can be cut into various item and condition cards (along the guides on the other side, but take care not to cut through the larger items), and can be used by the players.

Only one question remains: Will the adventurers help the mice trying to flee from the attack, or will they help themselves to their possessions?
